Text formatting issues with localisation

My team is having some trouble when it comes to formatting text for different localisations, particularly wrt quotation marks. I.e. someone running their Mac OS with German language settings will be unable to type “English” quotation marks, and „vice versa.“ 

It's obviously not feasible to set and re-set the entire OS every time in order to avoid this, and often both sets of quotes are needed in the same XD document.

Is there any way to keep quotation marks from auto re-formatting to match OS language?
