Apologize for the delay in response. If you are still experiencing the issue, we would request you to please connect with our enterprise team by initiating a chat with them using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.cc.html

 

If you are an admin then you can initiate a chat from the admin console, if not then contact your admin and ask them to create a case or start chat thru the admin console.
