I updated XD because I couldn't open a few files that were created in a newer version..

But now my local file won't open. I get a message saying: "The document “DocumentName” could not be opened."

Help! how can I open my files? they are not on the cloud.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

  1. The version of Adobe XD.
  2. Is this happen with a specific file? Please check if you are able to open any other local document?
  3. Please also try to open a newly created file in this version and see if you are able to open that.
  4. A screenshot of the error message or error code.

We're here to help, just need more information.

Regards

Rishabh
