Hello, I just tried to do a migration of my cloud documents from my school account to a personal account as I will be losing access after graduation.

But after the migration all my files are missing from BOTH accounts. Customer support wont help me, I hope someone here can!

Hi @brandon24620374h2qo ,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you're unable to see the asset on the accounts then I am afraid, you'll need to reclaim the asset. Please ask your Admin to raise an Asset Reclaim request following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html

Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

I have had a similar experience.  We had some of our data files backed up into the Adobe cloud storage that comes with our two accounts.  Since the 'migration' I can't see or access any of it.  The support call person doesn't have access either.]

Being an Adobe customer is almost as good as a ransomware attack!  Thank god we mainly use Dropbox.

We are sorry for the frustration, eleanorj57181908. I checked your case number, and it looked like the team helped migrate your files manually. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

We will try our best to help you.

Thanks,

Harshika
