Unable to see the migrated asset in any of the accounts

Hello, I just tried to do a migration of my cloud documents from my school account to a personal account as I will be losing access after graduation. 

 

But after the migration all my files are missing from BOTH accounts. Customer support wont help me, I hope someone here can!

Hi @brandon24620374h2qo , Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you're unable to see the asset on the accounts then I am afraid, you'll need to reclaim the asset. Please ask your Admin to raise an Asset Reclaim request following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html  Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.
