Unable to select any tool in XD. It freezes.

Not able to work with XD. I can just select a tool , but that tool is also not working. Tried for many times with different files, but facing same problem. can anyone help?

Hi, i would like to inform you that issue is resolved. I think that day
there was a server issue. Now XD is working fine.

Hi Shilpa,

 

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble working with XD. We would like to know a few more details like-

 

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Have you tried to sign out of XD and sign back in?
  • Sometimes restarting the machine fixes the problem.
