White empty menu starting XD Macbook (new installation)

After installation a white, empty menu or a macbook. And no solution via the helpdesk. Really bad. And turns out to be a long-term problem. Do not come up with an excuse now, but provide a suitable solution. No reinstallation or formating of an OS. The problem has been with other users for much longer. Shame for such an expensive product.

Eureka, found the solution. Without the help of ADOBE helpdesk. What a mess that remains from previous installations. Item may be closed.
