Hi,

the version is 42.1.22.4.

This problem have arised when I have installed this version, not happened with the previous one.

My computer is an HP EliteBook with Microsoft 10 Enterprise.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The exact version Windows OS.
  2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please try saving new file with just one component and see if its happening with a new file as well?
  4. If its happening with the new file as well, please collect system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and please collect spin dum file by following the steps shared below:
  • Launch Task Manager
  • Select the Adobe XD process
  • Right click on the Adobe XD process
  • Select “Create dump file”
  • This will generate a binary file

 

Please add both the files to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name. We're here to help, just need more information.
