XD UI Scrolling Issue

Hello. I have an issue that I cant seem to find any resolution to online- Whenever I select a field (for example, to change a font) the scrollbar freaks out and starts going all over the place, preventing me from being able to edit said field unless its a field in a menu that has no scrollbar. This occurs on the text edit, artboard edit, and plugin menus, from what ive tested. I have included a gif of this behavior.
