Not directly. But CC can "Save a copy as CS6..." under File>Save As…

Also the script "pt_Open Sesame" can also do that. (Although I'm not sure if it supports CC yet)

The FIle > Save As> Save A Copy As CS6 command has better fidelity than pt_OpenSesame. I'd only use pt_OpenSesame for going between versions that don't have the ability to save backwards (and for the wonderful hack of using OpenSesame to replace text and other project items, but that's a different matter).
