Creative cloud content manager not working for MacBook m2

Just out of curiosity, does adobe go out of their way to make their product as difficult as possible to use?
Over the last month, I have had to delete every single adobe app I have, just to reinstall The creative cloud content manager. Its incredibly fun to do so, as you can imagine.
