Consistent Issues for Past 2 Days With Uploading Media to Posts

I have been receiving the error shown in the screen shot below for the last two days every time I attempt to upload media to a post in the Adobe Express Scheduler.

It is taking 7-10 attempts before the media will upload successfully. I have closed/reopened the website, cleared cookies, rebooted - none of these steps has any effect on the issue.

The issue is also occuring on my iPhone Adobe Express app.

I have never encountered this issue before. This is having a negative impact on my posting schedule and becoming very time consuming.

Is something broken? Please advise and resolve. Error.png

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Express Scheduler. Every time I try to upload an image, I get the error message:

“Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in a few minutes.”

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried:

  1. Waited a few minutes and retried the upload.
  2. Cleared my browser’s cache and cookies.
  3. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari), but the issue persists.
  4. Disabled browser extensions to rule out interference.
  5. Attempted to upload in incognito/private mode.

Despite these efforts, I still encounter the same error.

Could someone please assist me in resolving this?

Thank you!

I'm having the same issues. New features are cool, but I do wish the basics were more solid.

We're moving to Canva on an emergency basis. Can't trust Adobe anymore.

Hello anyone with uploading issues! Please log them here and upvote this post. Provide as much information as you can. Bear in mind this may not always be an Adobe Express problem, sometimes the social media providers have issues too.

I have not been able to upload images to Adobe Scheduler since November 1. All was fine that day. Since then I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the image. I've tried logging out and loggin into Express, 3 different browsers, cleared history and cache, two different computers, different times of day and rebooted my computer a few times. I've also tried drag and drop as well as browse and upload from my computer.

All worked on November 1. No new updates or changes on my system have been made either.

This is a critical part of my business that I rely on. Please help. I'm losing my mind.2024-11-03_17-34-46.png

I'm glad I'm not alone on this issue. I've been having this exact issue with the scheduler the last few days and have tried all the same trouble shooting steps, except I couldn't get the photo to take even if I kept reuploding. Super frustrating.

Is yours working today? Mine wasn't this morning.

I have been using Express Calendar for social media posting with no problems for 2 weeks and as of Friday - I can't upload any videos.  It says "Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in few minutes."

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

it is now Monday morning and this is still not working. I'm fairly new to using Adobe Express (literally started on like Wednesday) and the fact that has not been working the majority of the time I've been using it is very discouraging.
