you sent me the below message .It still is not working. Obviously this is an ongoing issue having read reviews form months and months agao with the same issue. I;m going to look at cancelling my subscription because this is useless spending hours creating something and then being unable to download it. Hi @Veronica31750671ront - I'm very sorry to hear that downloading is still not working for you. Do you mind sharing a screenshot or screen recording? I'll need more information about your project in order to troubleshoot.

I'm getting the same error. My video project won't download. Stops at 20% then I get an error message to try again. Tried several times now. Very frustrating.
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please let us know what's happening. Are you getting any error messages? We're here to help, just need some info.
We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still encountering this issue? If so, does the video stop at any percentage, or does it never start downloading? Is it happening with all the video projects?
Did you try duplicating the project and then downloading it? Can you share a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? Also, please share the project URL with us via private message so we can investigate the issue with edit access.
I cannot download my completed video either. I tried creating a new one, duplicating, etc. The download process goes all the way through to 100% every time and then the pop-up just closes. No warning or error message. And yet the file is nowhere to be found. Please help!
As a workaround, I converted the video to a presentation and then saved that as a video.. output was the same and worked smoothly. Not ideal solution, but it helped me make my deadline last night.
