Camera Raw should adjust to Photoshop's UI settings under Preferences > Interface.  This is from a NEF I clicked on after setting Photoshop UI to Vietnamese using ACR 16.5 under MacOS. I would think Windows would do the same.

Try Photoshop   File > Open and select Camera Raw under Format.

From this link https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/change-the-language-setting-for-your-cre...  "Windows users have reported the need to remove and reinstall the application for the langauge to switch."

I tried to delete and reinstall photoshop and camera raw. But everything is still the same, photoshop is ok, but camera raw is still in English. I even adjusted the windows language but it didn't work. While other languages like CN, ES are normal.

Adobe software support is terrible

Sorry to hear this. If you open a jpeg in Photoshop then go to Filter menu > Camera Raw, how does it look? Is English or Vietnamese?

Still in English, this is exactly what I need. Go to photoshop and then go through the camera filter.

Did you uninstall  the English version of Photoshop, uninstall/reinstall the Vietnamese version?

My guess is that Camera Raw is reading the English language pack.

The camera raw plugin expects Mac support. The extension is .plugin not .bi  It wouldn't work in Windows.

Below are the files found in the Mac plugin.
