P: Camera Raw: Unable to close Camera Raw window

When opening a Canon's CR2 file it opens camera RAW and I don't have any ways to close the windows. Full Screen Screenshot attached.

To what do you have your current screen resolution set to?

My screen resolution is 1920x1080 

There might be one setting that is messing things up. (see screenshot)

The scaling that appears first. but this would affect all apps.

I use mainly Lightroom Classic and this does not show up.

A few more things: The only way I have to exit this screen is to open the settings, so I get the task bar again and kill the task from task manager.

Also I only use windows for photo editing.

I changed the magnification value to 100% and now the full screen shows up.

I still think there might be an error there.

There is a known bug where we pick 200% on screens that are too small to support it.  For now the workaround is to use  100% or 200% and avoid 150.

Thanks, I got trapped in Camera Raw 13.1 for a while as well. I wanted to toss my computer out the window! I have the same setup: 150% text scale, 1920 x 1080 resolution. Temporarily switching back to 100% made the buttons show up. What's weird that you can't even escape this dialog by pressing ESC, like every other dialog in Photoshop does.

<Alt> + <F4> closes most windows

Yes thank you, that does close most windows but unfortunately, not Camera RAW. ESC doesn't work either. You have to change the text scale in Windows back to 100%, then the buttons you need in Camera RAW will reappear.

Bottom right.. click DONE and it goes back to the generic PSD window.

Click done how? Please explain. Keep making changes and then having to lose them by pressing escape

This does not work for me. I already had the screen at the recommended resolution, and the text at 100%. Larger was worse. The smallest was 100%. So now Camera raw is unusable for me because pressing escape causes the window to go away but all changes to be lost. At least I can save as PSD before exiting and losing the edits.
