Do you live in the UK, France or Spain? And does your friend also live in the UK, France or Spain?

https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/refer-a-friend.html

It didn't work for me either when I got an alert asking me if I wanted the site to go to my country instead of the UK. The second time I said UK and got the terms:

https://www.adobe.com/uk/offer-terms/refer-a-friend-terms.html

  • The referrer must be an existing paid Creative Cloud All Apps or Single App subscriber, over the age of 18 and a legal resident of the UK, France or Spain.
  • This offer can be shared with referred friends in the UK, France or Spain until 31st January 2024.

Possibly Adobe staff can shed light on this for you. We can tag them if you live in one of those three countries. Let us know.

that's interesting. clicking your 2nd uk link took me to that page where i saw an alert asking if i wanted to continue to the uk site or use the site of my origin, usa.  selecting usa revealed a 404 page.

then i did exactly the same thing, clicking the 2nd uk link, selecting usa on the alert and the adobe.com main page loaded https://adobe.com

Same here Keith. If @orac2839 lives in one of those three countries, we can ask staff to look into it.

also the first google link i see (and the only one that looks like it would be the sought link), is for https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/refer-a-friend.html which is a 404 page for me.

why shouldn't the be reported as a broken url without necessarily troubleshooting which users have a problem?

(ie, maybe it does work correctly for some people in some countries, but it's still a problem if fails for a significant number of users.)

@orac2839 Yesterday this was urgent, but 24 hours later you have not answered our questions. Is this resolved for you?

@kglad Yes, report it (if you haven't already 😊)
