yeah @Mihai314167571stk we needed to disable the public firewall which is not a good idea, it feels like we are not on a paid subscriber

Why do we need to disable WINDOWS DEFENDER PUBLIC NETWORK (FIREWALL) to access the generative fill on Photoshop?

It is not recommended as it may cause vulnerability to the computer.

Windows defender Firewall have a option fot Allow app, you can add Photoshop ther that will fix the problem.

i removed all WIndows Firewall Rules corresponding to Adobe and Creative Cloud. After restart PC prompts are working.
