Hello,
My liquify tools are not working. Tried diffrent images. Turning off and on Grafic Processor. My PS and Windows are up to date. Has any one experienced this? if yes, is there any sollution?

Hey, @Patryk32284287tkrc. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share screenshots & the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > Upload or attach here.
Does this happen when you're working on a specific document? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
 
In the Liquify workspace, press & hold the ALT key to change the Cancel button into Reset & reset Liquify.
