Hi. How do I fix the error when running Photoshop 2023. The error message is

"The entry point of the SetThreadDescription procedure was not found in the DLL C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Photoshop.exe".

Latest Photoshop and latest Windows 10 update.
