Hi team,

Currently, my customer want to move his Website (BC Hosting) to another Host (OVH)

But he want to keep the same email adresse (created with BC) and save all of his mails.

Is it possible to transfer his mails to another host (or maybe Export/Import) ?

Many thanks

  1. delete the MX record in BC. This will delete all the mail accounts and their emails
  2. re-add the MX record as external and point it to the external mail service
  3. create the inboxes on the external service
  4. configure the email client to connect to the new inboxes and copy the mail over, it will sync to the new accounts

Hope this helps,

Mihai
