Can't navigate quiz after clicking Review Quiz

Captivate v3

My completed project has a quiz in it. If the learner goes through the quiz, I have opted to allow them to review the quiz.

At the end of the quiz, you can click the Review Quiz button. It takes you to the first question. Buttons on this slide are Clear and Submit. I'm stuck here, since neither of these buttons work. There's no way to navigate from here. I can't click on anything.

Why is this happening? Why can't I navigate these slides? Is it because I didn't have the Skip/Back buttons?

Indeed you answered your own question. The Skip and Back buttons are really there for the purpose of reviewing.
