Exporting a lesson from Captivate 8 into a SCORM 2004 4th edition format, the lesson's manifest.xml file contains a line error when SCORM tested using the ADL Conformance Test Suite. The error is a line that is identifying the files in the lesson, but references a file with the wrong slash in the address.Either the line "assets\TOC_icons\collapseIcon.png" or "ar\Mouse.mp3" is referenced. Several lines below that the same address is reference again (in both instances) with the correct slash "ar/Mouse.mp3". Does anyone why Captivate would be referencing these files incorrectly?
Thanks

We (means our customers) have the same problem.
The effect is observed on Captivate 8 and 9.
Please help - as otherwise our customers cannot create/import their projects.
How can we get technical support (I assume this is just a user forum, right?).

Can you start by checking the version numbers please?

Hi Lilybiri,
thanks for your quick reply.
We have a Captivate 8 on which the exported manifest contains the erratic code line:
Version 8.0.3.290
A Captivate 9 user has reported the same issue, but our Captivate 9 (9.0.2.437) exports fine.
Is it a known issue?
Thanks,
Alex

Those are the most recent versions. I just wanted to exclude the possibility of not updated versions. I'm sorry, cannot help you more. I no longer have those versions in my systems.

Thanks for your help.
We have just found the following workaround:
The faulty line (the one with the wrong slash, e.g. "ar\Mouse.mp3") can be deleted, as the same object always is also referenced in a correct way.
Just in case someone stumbles upon this issue.
Otherwise we recommend updating to newer versions.
