backup/ oneway to the cload

Hello,

I don't like to sync my files. Creative Cloud does it also. Sync on folder and its subfolder to the cloud. This means, I must have the same memory space local like in in the cloud. But there are a lot of projects which I do not realy need every time. Sometimes I remeber an idea f.e. of 2015. Then I go back into these old project to pickup a file or so.

Is there a way to store the projects in oneway to the cloud? So that I don't need this memory duplicated on my harddisk?
