Others cannot view your files by default.

You can upload files by using the web client at https://creative.adobe.com/files or by using file syncing that is part of the Creative Cloud desktop application.

Once files are uploaded you can either share a public link to a file / folder, or invite specific individuals to collaborate.

There are no longer any restrictions to sharing specific file types.
