All of a sudden I can't download files from creative cloud. Anyone else having an issue?

Hi,
Please try to check your host file for any Adobe blocked entries.

In case there are any blocked Adobe entries, please delete them and then save the file.
Also please make sure that your Adobe folders have complete read and write permissions.
Windows Adobe folder location :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
C:\ProgramData\Adobe
MAC Adobe folder location :
/library/application support/Adobe
~/library/application support/Adobe
