Creative Cloud No Memory Message

I check the amount of memory usage in the creative cloud directory and it indicates 214 mb, I have 20 Gb and keep getting out of memory messages. I've clear several directories out of my cloud archives and it has no effect on the memory amount.

Hi Tom,

What products did you have open when you received the error? I was a little unclear whether the issue was related to being out of memory or RAM (in order to run programs) or related to being out of Creative Cloud cloud storage space (for saving files in the cloud). Would it be possible to post a screen shot of the error?

I am able to run the program fine and pretty sure this isn't a ram issue.

Haven't heard anything on my memory issue, no change and can only access a small amount of the 20G I'm supposed to have.
