Creative Cloud: “Some files failed to sync”

I have been getting this error for over a week now. I’m running Creative Cloud version 3.9.5.353 on El Capitan version 10.11.6 (15G1108).

A few days ago after some googling, found one solution on the Adobe forums from 2015 involving deleting some .db files (details). I tried this but it didn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
