Extract can't download assets

Whenever I choose to download an asset it says:

"Extracting asset. Look for it in the Assets tab."

Even after waiting and trying for multiple hours no files appear in the Assets tab.

Does anybody else have this problem or know how to resolve it?

Hi Fhandayani,

I think its fixed now. I tried myself and it was working for me. Could you try too and let me know if you're still seeing the issue?

Thanks,

- Dave

What assets? For what program? On what system? You need to be much more specific.

Used to be called Parfait.

I thought this would be the right place since the title says "Adobe Create Cloud".

I'm running OS X 10.9.5

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your reply.

I already follow your steps. However my problem is on* step #4 when i got

to assets tab all my assets were there but i couldnt download the assets by

clicking the blue icon on next to the extracted assets.*

Actually last week i believe on friday, extract working just fine.

I am able to download the assets right away form the blue icon.

I just found out monday morning that extract couldnt download assets.

However, the alternative that i can do to download the assets is through

assets folders just like the images below.

But i have to go through many steps.

Questions:

1. Why i couldnt extract the assets

2. Is there any problem with my psd file?

Can you please explain the problem?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Fhandayani,

Thanks for the additional info. When I hit the blue arrow download arrow to download the assets on the assets tab it hangs on the rendering step. Is that the same thing which is happening for you?

I'll do some checking with our engineering department to see what might be the cause.

Thanks for reporting it.

Hi Fhandayani,

I got feedback from engineering that they too can reproduce the issue. We've logged a bug and they're are working on it.

Thanks,

I have a quick question about this. I'm able to extract assets, but the people I collaborate with can not. Is there a reason why they can not? They get an error message "Error extracting asset.". Thanks for your help!extract error.png
