I have a problem with the appearance of the uploaded files

Good day. I have had a problem with uploaded files for some time. Immediately after uploading, the image looks like the first photo. After one day, it looks just like in the second photo and is rejected. I do projects the same way as before. I also ship the same. Why is this happening?
