I need to either get access to an account in which the email is wrong or have the files moved to this account

I want to get my drawings from my mom's account to my own, and i know I could do this by changing the email. However, her account was made improperly so that her email ended with hotmai.com which does not exist. She does not remember her password either and cannot reset it because it is a fake email. HELP ASAP
