We are aware of an issue syncing files using some extended characters in a folder file name e.g. "ăfolder"

Sync will continue to function but will continually show a syncing state.

We are working on a resolution.

This is a Mac only issue and the following workaround should resolve the issue:

On your Mac Machine,

--Navigate to Creatve Cloud Preferences>Creative Cloud>Files, and turn sync off

--Open Safari and open the https://assets.adobe.com/files, and log in your account

--On Web UI, rename the folder to another name (this can still contain extended characters)

--On your Mac and In CCF Folder, delete the original folder which has extended characters in the name

--Navigate to Creatve Cloud Preferences>Creative Cloud>Files, and turn sync on

Please not that for this workaround it is VITAL that you use the Safari browser on your Mac. This workaround will NOT work using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers.

We understand this is an inconvenience and we are working on a fix for this issue.
