Using a MacBook Pro M1 -- I am unable to sync files to Adobe Cloud Storage.  I have installed the Cloud Desktop version that is M1 friendly, but when I click on the cloud icon, Creative Cloud Desktop just says "Getting storage information..." with an empty progress bar.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I decided to give the Cleaner Tool a try, and then reinstalled the CC Desktop for the M1 processor ... SUCCESS!

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that looks correct, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails to solve the problem, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thank you for the possible solutions!  While the Adobe ID matches and after performing a CC Desktop reset, I'm still getting the same error.  I also noticed that CC Desktop won't let me change the file location for syncing (Prefernces > Syncing > Folder Location) -- it allows me to pick the folder, then just gives me the spinning circle with "changing location".
