ich habe meinen Cloud-Speicherplatz geleert und die Synchronisierung meldet mir zwei Dateien, die sie nicht synchen kann.
Wie komme ich weiter? Muss ich die komplette Cloud löschen? Bin für jeden Tip dankbar!
change your sync folder and you should be able to start anew.
thank you kglad - sometimes the good is so close - but that didn´t helped realy but …
while adding a new folder what not solved the problem i deleted the folders on my HD and than i was asked to restore from the Cloudbackup and then, al lot of old folders occured again and these where than not able to restore - all the folders where empty.
can i get rid of that backup?
were you able to change your sync folder?
yes - i changed it on my HD to an other directory
