Some of the files in my cloud disappeared out of the blue. Specifically, all PPT saved there simply disapperead. They are not in the bin. Any helps?

Which cloud is that -- Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive or Creative Cloud storage?
I ask because PPT are Powerpoint files which is made by Microsoft, not Adobe.

Creative Cloud (sorry, I though was obsvious otherwise why asking ADOBE?) I know PPT is microsoft. What I'm saying is that I use Creative Cloud to store my documents (doc, PPT, Excel....) in the cloud provided by Adobe, and they suddenly disapperead.
