unable to edit my InDesign collaboration on Creative Cloud

Hi,

I'm testing creative cloud for a company. I've set up my test folder, and invited a few people including myself on another account. It is one InDesign file and a color palette.

We log in and accept the invite, but I do not seem to be able to edit the source file and re-post.

so, is the way to do this really to download and edit, or can you edit right online? If you can edit online, what is the trick, because I don't see any lock and edit like you would on an svn server.

Our goal is to have more than one person working on one file at a time. That part may not be feasable, but I do need to be able to edit online.

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

Rather, the version that was last saved always gets synced gets to everyone. There currently isn't a way to lock the file for one collaborator, so you'd need to workout some kind system to ensure folks don't overwrite each others work. I'd suggest communicating about changes back and forth through commenting feature for example.
