Where is the "Sync Settings Now" button?

I have just upgraded from CS6 to CC, thus new to the Cloud.  I was able to create a folder on the Cloud and upload a file to it.  On the far right is "Desktop Sync Settings", when I click on it I get another window telling me I need to open my desktop application and click "Sync Settings Now".

I have looked through the desktop application and the only buttons (under Assets) are "Open Folder", "View on Web" and "View Archive".  I also checked Photoshop and Illustrator and I'm not seeing it.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

I'm using Win7 64 bit.

THQ_Graphics,You can get more information about using sync settings in each of the desktop applications here: Creative Cloud Help | Sync application settings with Creative Cloud.  In general, though, you can find "Sync Settings Now" option on the menu item for your Adobe ID under the Edit menu.Hope this helps.--Elba
