Wenn ich versuche ein Ebook downzuloaden bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung E_Atuh_Bad_device_key_or_PKCS12. Nun habe ich versucht meine Autorisierung zu löschen, hierbei wird aber nach dem Passwort gefragt, und bei der Eingabe meines Passworts erhalte ich die FEhlermeldung Passwort falsch, dabei habe ich das in meinem Account geändert. Was kann ich tun, um an das Passwort erneut zu kommen?

Geh auf die Homepage von Adobe unter www.adobe.com/de und klick dort auf Anmelden und dann auf Passwort vergessen. Trag deine Adobe ID und du bekommst eine Mail mit einem Link zum zurücksetzten des Passwortes.

Herzlichen Dank für die Antwort. Das habe ich gemacht, allerdings meldet Adobe Digital Edition, wenn ich versuche nun meine Authentifizierung zu löschen, dass das Passwort falsch sei. Ich muss aber meinen Rechner abmelden und ihn dann wieder anmelden, da beim Download von Dateien die Fehlermeldung auftaucht, dass es ein Authentifizierungsproblem gibt.

1) Digital Edition schließen.

2) [Windows] + gleichzeitig drücken.

3) Geben Sie hier "regedit" (ohne die " ") ein und drücken Sie enter.

4) Löschen Sie hier den Schlüssel: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept.

Damit löscht du die Autorisierung und kannst dich dann neu anmelden.

- Beenden Sie Adobe Digital Editions.

- Navigieren Sie zu /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions und ziehen Sie die Datei „activation.dat“ in den Papierkorb.(Zugriff auf ausgeblendete Mac OS-Bibliotheksdateien)

- Öffnen Sie Adobe Digital Editions und autorisieren Sie es neu.
