Hi,

I'm getting this error while login.

 

Yes, there are articles on the same issue and all reffers to talking to there customer representatives. After days long frustrating conversation, this was the reply:

"Thanks for your patience.   I would like to inform you that you have to post this query on the Community Forum and the customer support team will get in touch with you.   That does sound frustrating. I hope you understand."

 

So, here I'm posting again.
