I'm sick and tired.
I bought digital books in good faith.
I read them at home and at work.
then one day i got an expired or unauthorised message.
I was able to sort it out on my home mac
on my work windows I have tried and tried and tried and tried.
as far as I can tell, I need to re- register the work PC to the correct account. but I don't know the current password to remove the existing account (which is registered to my email also!!)
When I want to access the (important) book, I just spend an hour trying to get it open, and failing.
Adobe are not interested to be contacted and this forum has not helped in the past.
I hate adobe DC and think I will never purchase digital books again.

Digital Edition ist a costfree product. Ebooks which order by the reseller not by adobe, so nobody of Adobe can help. That is the problem not the adobe want not help. Has you authorize both devices with the same Adobe ID (E-Mail-Address of the Adobe Account)?
