0xc000007b Flash.exe & Dreamweaver.exe Error

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

I've updated my products but these two still don't work. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you, Noah Atchison.

If you can also please provide which version of Windows you are using and the version of the Adobe applications it would be appreciated.  You might also include any additional details you have on when this error occurs.
