505 error, CC update and therefore Adobe applications failed

Hello i tried lot of things but no solutions... the "help" section  say just that about error 505

> I never installed Beyond Trust in my computer !

> I used Creative Cloud and Adobe programs since several years 
> Impossible to update photoshop and others if CC is not updated

> I tried to turnoff my anti-virus,

> I uninstall and cleanup (with CCleaner) Creative Cloud and Adobe programs 3 times

> Checked in Firewall of blocked (but no)

> My windows is 10.0.18362

> Me and all people who have the same error never installed this "beyond trust" program

 

I don't know what to do anymore and I don't understand why all the people who have had the same problem as me for years with this error code, there has never been a concrete solution or patch to fix it, I am not the only one. .. I pay my subscription I would like a real solution please by Adobe experts,

Error code 505 indicates that the application does not have the necessary permissions.

Solution

Use the following solutions to resolve this issue:

1. Uninstall BeyondTrust Powerbroker.

2. Restart your device.

3. Apply all system updates.

4. For remote deployments using the administrative console package, ensure that the package is run in the context of the local system.

5. Enable the Windows Secondary Logon service if it is disabled. Once the package is installed, you can uninstall it again.

I have never shared the steps that allowed me to solve my problem, I just listed the steps that your help center suggests to resolve error 505 ... you misread my message! my problem is not solved ! please read my message in detail!
