  • Bonjour, je viens d'acheter le forfait pour étudiant creative cloud et un paiement à réellement été exécuter dans mon compte bancaire. Par contre, il y a des applications que je pourrais avoir normalement accès mais que je doit supposément acheter. De plus, des applications on été installer mais seulement pour 7 jours. Ce n'est pas normal.

3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
