Adobe CLoud doesnt recognize my device anymore

hey

just having this after the update today.

The adobe cloud and photoshop run on the same pc. Now it tells me one license has to be deactivated - the other is on my laptop. 

BUT I dont want to relounce it since I dont know if it will keep my brushes and all the settings.

SO how can I tell it that it's on the right PC already?
