I installed a plug in for Illustrator which seemed to corrupt all of my Creative Cloud apps. when ever I attempt to open any of them, I get the following two messages in a row:

adobe first error.jpgadobe second error.jpg

I was finally able to uninstall the offending plug-in and then all the Adobe apps. I removed and was able to reinstall Adobe Cloud, but cannot download any of the other apps. I get the same two messages no matter what I try. HELP!
