Bonjour,

Je suis la procédure de résiliation indiquée sur votre site mais rien ne fonctionne. Je précise je suis abonné depuis moins de 15 jours donc je peux encore résilier mon abonnement. Peut-être qu'Adobe va attendre que je dépasse ces 15 jours légaux pour m'aider ? Belle technique commerciale.

Bonjour,

J'ai le même problème. 

Depuis octobre, je suis abonné à deux formules. D'abord un abonnement gratuit à Creative Cloud puis un autre à Document Cloud. Ces abonnements supposés gratuits ne le sont en réalité pas puisque chaque mois depuis octobre, je suis débité de 23,99€.

J'essaye chaque semaine de vous contacter en vain.
Merci de faire le nécessaire pour stopper ces prélèvements.
