Hi all my colleagues Mac needs to go for repairs, would he be able to use his login on a PC?

If you are specifically asking about Adobe Programs and that persons Adobe ID which has a Subscription to Adobe programs, Certainly.
But if that computer is already being used by someone else and they have Signed in using their Adobe ID then you might have a slight problem.
Please Note that no Adobe program files or that persons saved files are on the cloud system. All those files are stored on the computer that is running the Adobe programs (Possibly a few of their files

All those files are stored on the computer that is running the Adobe programs (Possibly a few of their files may be synced with the Adobe Cloud Storage system but not the ones needed to run the programs or that persons Personal work files).
You might need to contact someone locally that actually knows about computers and how to Copy personal files off a computer to some type of External drive, A Backup of those files, before you send that Mac in for repairs.
Adobe programs can be install on either a Mac or a Windows computer and a User of those program can Log Into them on either system using their same Adobe ID.
