Today I tried to instal the Adobe XD(windows 10 last update)and i got this massage
I've tried
Clicking "Install" from the CC Desktop app Downloading the app from the Adobe site, which then opens in CC Desktop and fails.
Uninstalling Adobe CCI uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe XD a few times, then i tried to find my error code and I failed. What to do?

I've had this same problem for nearly 3 months. Have you figured out why yet? I'm on the same OS as you are, version is up to date and everything.

I had the same issue on my laptop while iwas using a 5ghz wifi and when i switched over to a normal one error got away! It has something to do with how their server orhtml pushing is setup but just try changing your net!
