Can't install Acrobat DC, keep getting retry error

I keep getting an error when trying to install Acrobat DC. I've restarted the laptop, and only have Creative Cloud Desktop open.

 

Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...

Thank you for posting your query here and sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. 

 

Please Open Windows Task Manager (for Windows computer ) or Mac Activity Monitor (for a Mac) and close all Adobe processes like Creative Cloud, CLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe Update Service, Adobe Genuine Software Service, Adobe Acrobat Update Service, AcroTray etc.

 

Also please try a system restart and try downloading Acrobat Pro DC from the Direct download link:  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
