This morning I was prompted for my username and password to log into the creative cloud app. I am logged into the community forums using the same credentials used by the creative cloud app so my username and password is correct, yet I can't login via the Creative Cloud App. The Creative Cloud app say "unable to authenticate your Adobe ID" when using my correct username and password.
Hello I am having this same issue. I've been logged in and able to access creative cloud fine since June of this year but after restarting my computer I can not login to creative cloud, even though I am logged in with the same credentials right now to access this forum. I tried quitting and then re-opening cc but now I just see a spinning circle and nothing loads on the screen. Very frustrated.
