CCXProcess (following the conversation)

Thank you, Kglad, for your message, but I do not answer you in the same thread of the message because there is no possibility to add an answer.

So,

I spotted CCSProcess in the activity monitor. But how to disable it? I am a graphic designer I do not know anything about operating system.

Can you help me more ?

You can  remove CCX Process with the Adobe Cleaner Tool

I'm not 100% sure what CCX process does, but I've removed it myself in the past and it didn't seem to affect anything I was using....

Thank you for your reply.

I forced to quit the application from the Activity Monitor and restarted again .... in vain ! nothing to do, the problem persists.

I use Mac.

So, I can not restart my computer because CCXProcess prevents restart.

it's a big problem that I can not do my updates.
