Hello, I'm experiencing this common issue of Creative Cloud breaking every time my iMac wakes up from sleep or restarts. All Adobe software and files crash and I have to re-download and install Creative Cloud each time. I lose an hour or two of productivity each time this happens. I see this is a very common problem. I haven't seen any solutions that seem to apply to me yet, and I'm not a computer tech. Can someone help me chase this down, or is it just an Adobe bug. My laptop does not have this issue. Thank you.
it sounds like you have some older 32 bit app/installers on your problematic computer.
try a clean install or google this problem. i've seen other posts about mac os 10.15 users having this problem.
clean install:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

something on your computer is causing the problem. likely culprits are av, anti malware, cleaners etc
in any case, reinstall may be unnecessary.
try resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
